However, we are taking it one step further… we are using Dealer Plate's êBright Form screens.  On a êBright Form, the screen's fields provide assistance to the user when possible, which speeds entry and makes the process so much simpler.  For example:  click to select the color of the vehicle and the software enters the color code for you; or, enter the county and the county's code is entered for you, and so on.  We have presets for the sales tax rate; so, when it changes, simply change the presets.  When applicable, the software will do the calculations for you.  This greatly simplifies the user's task in completing forms, as well as allowing you to service your clients faster.  Easy.  Fast.  Convenient.
